Reflecting on Training in 2021

During 2021, Aspire have delivered numerous training sessions to our service users and professionals. Overall, our feedback has been fantastic. Our team is dedicated to help those expand on their knowledge in order to support our young people. We provide the training to those who have limited, some or no knowledge on a topic.

From our feedback it has been recorded that training has been useful, explained well, provided good insight and very informative.

It is essential for our trainers to be able to engage well with the group, so group discussions are encouraged as interaction is key. This allows you to be able to get a feel for what other service users or professionals may be experiencing – and you may be surprised to find you are experiencing something very similar to others. It is nice to have another perspective on something you experience.

We request feedback from our training sessions as it is essential for our service to improve and amend materials regularly to meet high standards. Thank you for helping us with the feedback.
